Hailing from the esteemed Seattle-based craft distillery Westland, this American single malt whiskey is a testament to their excellence, having been named Craft Producer of the Year at the Icons of Whisky in 2016. The whiskey matures in casks formerly used to hold Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry, infusing it with rich and complex flavors.

Tasting Note by Westland:
Nose: The aroma of honey-dipped oatmeal raisin cookies and quick richness are there in the nostrils. A drizzle of maple syrup is then applied to banana pancakes.
Palate: There are initially kiwi aromas along with more notes of maple and raisin syrup. Extended tastings start with a dizzying array of sweet pastries and cookies that gradually get richer and darker before giving the palate over to stewed yellow fruits at the finish.
