Delivery Information

In the UK it is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. Therefore, we will be adopting a challenge 21 scheme upon delivery of alcohol. This means that ID may be requested upon delivery if you look under 21.

Shipping Information

Delivery Cost:

Orders over £100: Free delivery (Next-Day).
Orders under £100: £6.45 delivery fee (Next-Day).

Next-Day Delivery (for UK orders):

Orders must be placed before the 1 PM cut-off time.
Orders placed before the cut-off time will be delivered on the next working day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.

Weekend Orders:

Orders placed over the weekend will not be dispatched until the following working day. Consequently, delivery for weekend orders will occur on the second working day following the weekend.

Standard Delivery Time (for specific areas - Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and Northern Ireland):

The standard delivery time is two working days for these areas.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Free Standard Delivery Eligibility:

Free Standard Delivery is available to most of the UK on orders over £100 (note: some exclusions apply). Please check our website or contact our customer support team for information on excluded areas.

Inclusive VAT:

All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. There are no hidden fees, and the price you see is the price you pay.

Next Working Day Delivery:

Items eligible for Next Working Day delivery must be currently in stock and held at our distribution warehouse.
Orders must be fully completed, and terms and conditions agreed to no later than 1 pm on a weekday for a next-day service.
Please note that UK Bank Holidays may impact the next-day service.

Next Day Saturday Service:

For a Next Day Saturday service, please email us at enquiries@jpha.co.uk, and we will assist you in arranging this special delivery option.

Changing Your Delivery Date:
