What types of spirits do you sell?
We sell a wide variety of spirits, including whisky, cognac, champagne.

Do you offer gift wrapping and gift cards?
No, we do not offer gift wrapping and gift cards for an additional fee. If you would like to include a gift message, please include that in the special instructions field during checkout.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel the order before it ships.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns of unopened bottles within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
