New Oak Cask Influenced Single Malt Scotch Whisky offers a distinctive and bold flavor profile, a result of maturing the spirit in freshly crafted oak casks. This method imparts deeper wood influences compared to traditional reused casks, infusing the whisky with intense notes of vanilla, spices, and a rich, robust oakiness. The interaction between the new oak and the malted barley brings forth a complexity and character that's both unique and compelling. These whiskies typically exhibit a greater intensity and a more pronounced depth of flavor, appealing to those who appreciate a bolder, more assertive Scotch whisky.
