Distilled in 2008, this exceptional expression embarks on its maturation journey within ex-bourbon American oak casks before undergoing a transformative finishing period in specially selected White Port barriques sourced from Portugal. These unique barriques bring forth rich fruit flavors, enhancing the whisky's character and complexity. Bottled at a robust 46% ABV and presented in its natural form with no artificial color or chill filtration.

Tasting Note by Tomintoul:
Nose: Elderflower and orchard blossom floral notes, white grapes, pineapple sweets, and soft barley are all present.
Palate: Plenty of fruity tang with summer berries, sultanas, and honeyed prunes. Syrupy flapjack joins, with a dash of fresh vanilla.
Finish: Hints of creamy cocoa, praline, golden plums, spiced biscuits.
