Description

Thrice distilled and exclusively matured in American bourbon barrels, it yields a Lowland Single Malt Whisky imbued with the sweet scents of vanilla and coconut. This creation retains the distinctive smooth and refined taste that Auchentoshan is renowned for. As with all Auchentoshan whiskies, the American Oak is incredibly adaptable. It's splendid as an Auchentoshan & Ale, stands confidently on its own whether neat or over ice, and surprisingly, it can also rejuvenate classic cocktails that one might not typically associate with Single Malt whisky.

Nose: A vibrant bourbon infused vanilla and coconut with layers of zesty citrus fruit, making this Scotch Single Malt from Auchentoshan stand out from the crowd.
Palate: A refreshingly smooth whisky taste. Lively, with vanilla cream, coconut and white peach.

Great Value

Nothing like the intensity of an Auchentoshan Three Wood, but a very pleasant and easy drinking malt. The value for money on this offering from the Auchentoshan distillery is hard to beat.
