Shipping policy
In the UK it is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. Therefore, we will be adopting a challenge 21 scheme upon delivery of alcohol. This means that ID may be requested upon delivery if you look under 21.

Deliveries to UK addresses only
Your delivery experience is important to us, which is why we only offer next working day* delivery services.

As a result, for the time being, we are limited to delivery within the UK.

If you would like for us to deliver to a non-UK address, please contact and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Delivery fees
We are currently offering FREE NEXT WORKING DAY* delivery within the UK** on all orders worth £100 and over.

 There is a delivery fee of £6.45 within the UK* on all orders under £100.

** Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man will incur an additional delivery surcharge of £4.95.

Special delivery requests
With each order, you will be able to:

  • choose to leave the parcel with a neighbour/in a safe place;
  • choose an alternative delivery date; and
  • choose a convenient time for delivery (subject to a fee).

Orders must be placed before the cut-off time specified on the delivery charges section to receive the order the following working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time on any working day will be processed and dispatched on the following working day and should arrive on the next working day after that.

Tracking info
With each order you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which will include a tracking link. You will also receive an e-mail or SMS with a one-hour delivery window.

Delivery exception
We deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Western Isles, the Shetland Islands, the Orkney Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man; however, please allow an additional five days for delivery.

Returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
