Glenfiddich Experimental Series - Fire & Cane
This fourth release in Glenfiddich’s Experimental Series turns back to the core ingredient in whisky-making: malt. Fire and Cane . The marriage of such an odd mixture gets even odder with the use of Latin drum casks, which yields a sweet and smoky finish due to the presence of caramel , green fruits, spices, and pillow smoke. Surprisingly, Fire and Cane blends extremely well when paired with cold desserts – like ice cream.
