This spirit undergoes a lengthy maturation process within American oak casks, spanning no less than 15 years. This Malt slowly erupts on your taste buds giving you a smooth yet vibrant flavour of sweet Sherry and an after taste of Oloroso, with a hint of oak.
Its dark colour gives it a warm feel. Personally I prefer it at room temperature without either water or ice.
