Highland Park 40 Year Old (Spring 2019 Release)
This 21 year old malt is created from three different types of cask. The first-fill European sherry seasoned oak hogsheads gives notes of spices and dried fruit, the bourbon hogsheads brings in sweeter flavours of pineapple and mango. Finally the refill casks balances it out with notes of buttery vanilla and oak.
