This whisky, painstakingly created by hand, forms the heart of their offerings. American oak hogshead casks contribute a dessert-like sweetness, while European oak layers in dried fruits and spices, resulting in a full-bodied and rich single malt.

CARAMELISED APPLES, creamy soft VANILLA CUSTARD. FRUIT PIE with a CINNAMON glaze topped with a drizzle of CARAMEL. Maturing oak introduces itself much later.
