Douglas Laing‘s carefully selected sherry puncheon old particular bottling. Distilled in April 2002, bottled in October 2020 at 48.4%, no colouring, no chill-filtration and an aura of rarity with only 314 bottles in existence. Old Particular is beautifully presented in premium gift tubes and contains highly informative labels.

Tasting Note
Nose: Opens with burnt sugar, sweet Islay phenols, chimney soot and new leather
Palate: Bursting with blueberries, blackberries, TCP and kiln-dried barley
Finish: Perfectly balanced with Big Peat quality, burnt oak, bonfire ash and roasted nuts (CGL)
