These limited-edition bottles are labeled Release One, symbolising a fresh start for Rosebank's legacy. With only 4,350 bottles offered globally, this rare whisky signifies a significant milestone in our journey. Each year, a new limited-edition release will follow, gradually building up to our very first "new" Rosebank spirit. This exceptional whisky is a blend of 62% refill sherry butts and 38% refill bourbon hogsheads, showcasing a unique and well-balanced character that reflects the legacy of Rosebank. The 31 Year Old is a remarkable blend of rare stocks distilled just before the Falkirk site's mothballing in 1993. Despite aging for over three decades, this Lowland single malt maintains a lively and invigorating nose, featuring hints of lime and lemongrass.
